| Jen Sylves has been practicing, studying , and growing through yoga for 7 years. She has recently completed her 200 hour RYT training through 3rd Street Yoga, based out of Pittsburgh. Other learning opportunities include trainings under Max Strom, Doug Keller, Amy Weintraub and Desiree Rumbaugh. Jen has taught all levels and many interesting variations of yoga including special needs yoga classes in chairs, yoga for dancers, even a little yoga with dogs! She is thrilled to be teaching at Yoga on the Square after learning and gaining so much as a student here. Using creativity and encouraging self-exploration, Jen brings challenge, variety, and education to her classes. Student feedback and suggestions are encouraged to help customize each practice. When not physically practicing yoga, Jen tries to incorporate her yoga practice into her whole life, and especially enjoys spending time with her husband and her (or anyone else’s!) animals.
