Cathie
Sunderman
is a certified yoga teacher and has been working with
children in various programs across the city of Pittsburgh
and its suburbs for the past seven years. Part of her
work has included working with the non-profit organization,
Yoga in Schools, which brings yoga based curriculum
to schools across the city of Pittsburgh. She feels
working with children is one of the greatest joys of
her life!
Cathie
also teaches gentle/beginning yoga classes at YOS focusing
on the connection that breath and movement have together
for calming and de-stressing.
