Favorite yoga pose and why? Child’s pose, it’s so relaxing, I could fall asleep in that pose

Aleta has been active since she was just a girl, spending her energy dancing, bicycling, roller-skating and more recently teaching aerobics and yoga. Dancing touches her soul, connecting her and her students to the ultimate best self. She’s studied Ballet, Modern dance and African dance. She holds 2 certifications through AFAA—as a group fitness instructor, since 2004 and as a yoga instructor since 2005.

Aleta is a certified Yoga Booty Ballet® instructor, fulfilling her life’s calling—teaching in a non-traditional environment without rigid formalities, but free and empowered to express herself and to pave the way for others to find their own creative bliss!
