We teach a beginner-friendly, eclectic style of
hatha yoga. Drawing from many traditions, exploring postures and
breath, we emphasize practices for life-long wellness. We
encourage the development of mind/body sensitivity leading to
personal growth. All
our instructors are well-trained, knowledgeable and personable.
We love people, and we care about your health. We invite you to
participate in our passion for supporting healthy physical and
mental change.
The Benefits of Yoga
A
good yoga program will help you to heal common ailments, manage
pain, and promote an overall feeling of well-being.
Yoga generates energy rather than dissipates it.
Many people notice an immediate increase in energy.
Yoga mindfully harnesses the power of the breath, effectively
soothing the
mind, managing mood, and supporting the nervous
system.
Yoga focuses the mind, while stretching and strengthening the
body.
And,
best of all, the benefits increase over time with consistent practice.
